Track what actually matters
Training-load
Log your last 28 days of sessions. The tool computes sRPE load (session RPE × minutes), weekly totals, acute:chronic ratio, monotony, and strain. Elite coaches use these numbers to prevent injury and peak on event day. Everything saves in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere.

How to read the numbers
- sRPE load = minutes × RPE. A 60-min session at RPE 6 = 360 AU.
- Weekly load = sum of the last 7 days. Track the trend, not a single day.
- ACWR (acute:chronic work ratio) compares this week to the 4-week average. 0.8–1.3 is the "sweet spot"; above 1.5 spikes injury risk.
- Monotony = weekly mean / standard deviation. Over 2.0 means every day looks the same, add variety.
- Strain = weekly load × monotony. A high strain week needs a planned easy week after.
