Fencing Clubs in Oman
Fencing in Oman is practised across eight recognised clubs stretching from Muscat to Salalah and Masirah. Each club runs its own training sessions and enters athletes into the annual Sultanate of Oman Fencing Championship, feeding talent into the national team.
Oman Club
Founding member club; produces national foil and épée athletes.
Muscat Club
Hosts regular training sessions and is a regular participant in the Sultanate of Oman Fencing Championship.
Salalah Club
Home club of épée champion Salma Al Daghishi; anchors fencing in Dhofar.
Al Bashaer Club
Home club of national team leader Jana Al Sharji.
Quryat Club
Produced 2021 Men's Junior Foil national champion Al Moutaism Al Maskari.
Ahli Sidab Club
Competitive foil programme; produced national foil medallist Ammar Al Azizi.
Al Nahdha Club
Active domestic competitor with growing youth pipeline.
Masirah Club
Represents fencing in the Sharqiyah region and Masirah Island.
