Fees & Licences

All OFC fees are published openly. Revenue funds insurance, national team travel, coach and referee education, and event operations. A hardship waiver is available.

Individual athlete licence

OMR 15 / year
  • Insurance cover at OFC-sanctioned events
  • National ID card
  • Access to national ranking points
  • Reduced camp fees

Club membership

OMR 50 / year
  • Right to enter OFC events as a club
  • Use of OFC branding
  • Vote at the General Assembly
  • Technical support and coach clinics

Coach licence

OMR 10 / year
  • Approved to coach at OFC events
  • Required to accompany athletes internationally
  • Listed in the coach directory

Referee licence

Free
  • Issued after passing the national referee clinic
  • Required to officiate national events
  • Access to FCA referee clinics

Event entry (athletes)

OMR 5 / weapon
  • Per weapon event at the Sultanate Championship
  • Includes bout data in national ranking
  • Reduced to OMR 3 for U12 fencers

Hardship waiver

Case-by-case
  • OFC waives fees for athletes with financial hardship
  • Application is confidential
  • Reviewed by the Finance sub-committee
