Al Moutaism Al Maskari represents Quryat Club and won the Men's Junior Foil title at the third edition of the Sultanate of Oman Fencing Championship in 2021, defeating Ali Al Busaidi 10-5 in the final. His breakthrough performance helped establish Quryat as a serious fencing stronghold in the domestic scene.

يمثّل المعتصم المسكري نادي قريات، وأحرز لقب الشيش للناشئين في النسخة الثالثة من بطولة السلطنة للمبارزة عام 2021 بعد فوزه على علي البوسعيدي 10-5 في النهائي. أسهم أداؤه المتميّز في ترسيخ نادي قريات قوةً على الساحة المحلية.
